Billing

Shows billing status per website. Visible to account admins and global admins only.

If per-company billing isn't enabled for your account, an info banner states this and cost estimates don't apply.

Returning from a Stripe checkout redirect shows a processing screen until payment status resolves, then redirects to the Websites page.

Table columns​

  • Company — name and website.
  • Products — status icons for SiteIntel (with a Daily, Weekly, or Audit label), TrueFunnel (with a Pending Activation label if enabled but the pixel hasn't yet captured a visitor), and MarketIntel, if enabled. Products not enabled are dimmed.
  • Agreements (account and global admins) — terms-of-service acceptances and signed agreements on file per company, each with the accepting user's email, completion date, a link to view the document, and, for global admins, a delete option.
  • Billing — last invoice amount and date once billing is active, "Pending first invoice" if none yet, or a one-time audit amount and date.
  • Stripe (global admins only) — subscription (sub:), customer (cus:), and payment intent (pi:) identifiers.
  • Usage / Est. Next Cycle (hidden if per-company billing is off) — pages scanned against the plan's included page count and an estimated SiteIntel charge for the next cycle; unique visitors over the last 30 days and an estimated TrueFunnel charge, or "Pending Activation" if billing hasn't started; and a flat MarketIntel amount, if enabled.

There is no separate "update payment method" or "cancel subscription" action on this page — cancellations are handled from the Websites page.
