Websites

Manage the websites (companies) tracked by your account.

List​

Shows every tracked website: name, website URL, status (pending, active, or inactive — with a tooltip noting if a global admin activated it), and product status icons for SiteIntel, TrueFunnel, and, if enabled, MarketIntel. Companies are sorted pending first, then active, then inactive, alphabetically within each group.

Selecting the edit icon opens the detail page. Selecting the products icon expands a row to show product selection and payment — see Getting started with SiteIntel and Getting started with TrueFunnel.

The expanded row also shows scan controls for pending companies (a Free Audit button, with Scanning/Retry Audit states), and, for admins, a banner to save changes or confirm a monitoring cancellation.

Add Website (admins only) opens the add form.

Add / edit a website​

Fields:

  • Name — required. Letters, numbers, spaces, dashes, commas, and periods only.
  • Website — required, must be a full https:// URL.

In edit mode, the website URL is read-only for admins once a company exists; only a global admin can change it. Non-admins see both fields as read-only.

Save creates or updates the company. Delete (visible to global admins only, on existing companies) permanently removes the company after confirmation — this cannot be undone.
