Reports script-related tags found across the website's pages, grouped into external scripts (have a src), inline scripts, and `` tags. Adds Vendor, Category, and Purpose columns (AI-classified, inline-editable) and a Location/Method column showing whether the script is in the page head or body, and whether it was injected dynamically (for example, via Google Tag Manager) or present directly in the HTML source.
