Dashboard

The dashboard shows a website's status and top-level counts. It's shared with TrueFunnel — a website can have SiteIntel, TrueFunnel, either, or neither enabled, and the dashboard shows whichever sections apply. See TrueFunnel's Dashboard page for the TrueFunnel section.

Select a website to open its dashboard. If SiteIntel is enabled for that website, its section shows:

  • Badges showing whether monitoring is enabled and whether scheduled scanning is on.
  • View all website scans — a link back to the all-websites scan list, shown only if your account tracks more than one website.
  • Four stat cards: discovered links, unique forms, contacts found, privacy pages. Each links to its detail page; disabled at 0.
  • A Last Scan card showing the date of the last completed scan, or "Last scan failed," "Scan in progress," "Scan queued," or "Never scanned," plus any landing-page issue (for example, a site detected as parked or replaced) and a Scan History link.
  • Scan Controls: a Scan Now button and a scheduled-scan toggle.

All websites​

When your account tracks more than one website, View all website scans opens a list of every tracked website: name, website URL, link count, form count, contact count, privacy-page count, scan status, and a link to scan history. Each count is a button that navigates to the corresponding detail page; buttons are disabled when the count is 0.

Column sorting is available; the table defaults to sorting by link count, descending.

Per-row actions:

  • Scan — starts an on-demand scan. Disabled if no website URL is set, monitoring isn't enabled, or a scan is already queued or running.
  • A toggle turns scheduled scanning on or off, per the website's selected cadence.

The page polls scan status every 30 seconds while any website has an active scan.
