Getting started with SiteIntel

SiteIntel scans a website and reports its inventory, tags, issues, and change history over time.

Add a website​

  1. Go to Administration > Websites and select Add Website.
  2. Enter a name and the website's URL (https:// required).
  3. Save. The company is created with status Pending.

Select a plan​

On the Websites list, expand a company's row to view product options. Under SiteIntel, choose a cadence:

  • Audit — a single scan, no recurring monitoring.
  • Daily — a scan runs every day.
  • Weekly — a scan runs once a week.

Continuing to payment completes the purchase. If the company already has an active subscription, changes apply directly to it instead.

Run the first scan​

While a website is pending, select Free Audit on the Websites list to run its first scan. The button shows Scanning... while the scan runs, and a View in Dashboard link once it starts producing results. If a scan fails, the button changes to Retry Audit.

Once a website is active, use Scan Now on its dashboard (SiteIntel > Dashboard, then select the website) to run another scan on demand. This action is disabled if no website URL is set, monitoring isn't enabled, or a scan is already queued or running.

Scheduled scanning can be turned on or off independently with the Daily Scan or Weekly Scan toggle, per the selected cadence.
