Forms

Lists forms detected on the website.

Layout​

  • Active / Archived tabs. Archived is disabled if there are no archived forms.
  • Summary badges: total, active, archived, new, and ignored counts.
  • The active view shows an Active Forms table and, if any exist, a separate Ignored Forms table. The archived view shows a single table with the links column hidden.

Table columns​

  • Form — an AI-classified name and category, with a tooltip showing the form's ID, name, and action attribute. A "New" badge marks recently discovered forms.
  • Type — standard, virtual, or iFrame.
  • Visible/Hidden icon.
  • Fields count.
  • Links — a button opens a dialog listing every page containing this form.
  • Ignore — a toggle to ignore this form type sitewide.
  • Expand — reveals form attributes, the full field list (type, name, label, required, placeholder), and any submit-trigger button text.

Filtering​

The list can be filtered to the new or removed forms from a specific scan, with a filter banner and a clear-filter option.
