Lead Risk

Lead Risk analyzes lead submissions — form submissions captured via the MagicTracker pixel — across dimensions including source, campaign, geography, and bot classification.

Each lead is classified two ways: by the same 0–3 Visitor Score used on the Visitor Risk page (0 = bot, 1 = minimally engaged, 2 = moderately engaged, 3 = highly engaged human), and by a separate bot classification of Good Bot, Bad Bot, or Likely Human.

Views

A report toggle switches between three views. A shared date range filter (default: last 30 days) applies to all three.

Summary

A total leads stat card, followed by a lead breakdown section: one card per dimension (for example, source, visitor score, geography, campaign, day of week, bot classification), each showing the top rows by count with a bar proportional to share of total.

A Visitor Score filter (All, 0, 1, 2, 3) applies to this view.

Volume Trend

A chart and table of lead volume over time, groupable by source, geography, campaign, click identifier, day of week, hour of day, or bot classification, with the same Visitor Score filter. The time bucket (day, week, or month) defaults based on the selected date range. The table supports a chart-type toggle (line or stacked area), per-row visibility controls, and a CSV export.

Lead Forms

A table of lead activity by page URL: Good Bot, Bad Bot, and Likely Human visitor counts per page. Pages embedded via iframe show an "iFrame" indicator with the embedding source. The Visitor Score filter doesn't apply to this view.

No data yet

  • If Form Tracking isn't turned on for the MagicTracker pixel, enable it from Administration > MagicTracker Pixel Setup.
  • If Form Tracking is enabled but no lead data has arrived yet, the page prompts to sign the TrueFunnel agreement (if not yet signed) or set up the MagicTracker pixel (if the agreement is signed but no data has arrived).
